You may choose to submit application at any time when you are ready. However, we strongly advise that you start application at your earliest convenience.  We review applications and arrange interviews on a rolling basis.

Admission package will be sent by courier in June/July, with which admitted students can apply for a student visa (visa category: X1). The program will start in September (normally in the first week of the month).
